摘要
400 V电气设备是发电厂正常发电的基石,如果其继电保护定值整定不合理甚至错误,就会造成设备发生故障时继电保护误动或拒动,甚至可能造成机组非停,严重影响发电厂正常发电和稳定运行,给发电企业造成经济损失.然而由于现实原因,发电厂400 V电气设备整定计算较混乱,虽然DL/T 1502—2016《厂用电继电保护整定计算导则》已发布,但该导则仅给出了整定原则,并未给出具体的计算方法,工程实际应用仍存在很多定值整定方面的隐患.为此,在分析400 V脱扣器保护工作原理的基础上,提出了一种发电厂400 V厂用电系统继电保护定值的整定计算方法,并结合工程实际案例计算验证该方法的合理性,为发电厂的继电保护技术人员进行整定计算提供参考.
400 V electrical equipment is the foundation of the normal operation of power plants.If the setting calculation of relay protection is unreasonable or even wrong,it would cause maloperation or operation rejection of the relay protection when the equipment fails,and may even cause unit outage,seriously affecting the normal power generation and stable operation of power plants,and power generation enterprises may suffer economic losses.However,due to practical reasons,the setting calculation of 400 V electrical equipment in power plants is confused.Although DL/T 1502—2016 Guide of Calculating Settings of Relay Protections for auxiliary system of power plant has been published,the DL/T 1502—2016 only provides the setting principles,but doesn’t provide specific calculation methods.There are still many hidden dangers of the setting calculation in engineering practice.Based on the analysis of the working principle of 400 V tripper protection,a setting calculation method of relay protection for 400 V auxiliary system of power plants was presented,and the rationality of the method was verified by computation and analysis of practical engineering cases.The method provides reference for setting calculation of relay protection technicians in power plants.
