摘要
为研究和解决互联网用户网络沉迷问题。通过互联网发展报告了解互联网发展趋势,分析形成互联网沉迷的现实原因,以及主要的解决策略。最终从服务设计视角强调解决互联网沉迷问题不仅需要通过“技术”与“设计”等途径解决实际问题,更需要从社会管理和战略发展高度着眼于人与社会的长远发展。为从技术、设计和管理等多方面解决互联网沉迷提供参考。
Progress of Internet information technology directly leads to the Internet addiction problem becoming a popular social topic.The trend of network facilitation in China is strengthening day by day.How to reasonable use the network is not only a design problem that designers need to solve,but also the humanistic care that should be discussed by service design.Starting from the intervention design,we analyze the various reasons for the formation of Internet addiction and possible solutions.Taking interaction design research as an example,it emphasizes that technology and art should be integrated and serve the people and the society from the perspective of service design.
