摘要
雌激素相关受体(ERRs)是第一个被发现的孤儿核受体家族成员,可在无天然配体存在时转录调控多种基因的表达,在调节细胞的能量代谢、维持细胞的基本生物学活动中发挥重要作用.近年来,越来越多的报道显示,ERRs在各种人类疾病尤其是癌症中发挥作用.ERRs主要由ERRα、ERRβ和ERRγ3种亚型组成,本文阐述了ERRs在肿瘤中的临床相关性及其作用机制,为肿瘤的预防及治疗提供新靶点.
The estrogen related receptors(ERRs)is the first-founded member of the orphan nuclear receptor family that can regulate the expression of multiple genes in the absence of natural ligands.Metabolism and maintenance play important roles in the basic biological activities of cells.In recent years,more and more reports have shown that ERRs plays a role in various human diseases,especially,in cancer.ERRs is mainly composed of three subtypes of ERRα,ERRβand ERRγ.This review summarizes the clinical relevance of ERRs in tumors and its mechanism of action,so as to provide new targets for tumor prevention and treatment.
