摘要
压力容器在化工、石油、医学研究等的领域有着非常广泛的应用,作为特级的承压设备,在进行压力容器生产的过程中,必须要经过严格的质量检验才能够投入使用。其中耐压试验是进行压力容器检验的主要方法和途径,通过耐压试验能够更好的掌握压力容器的运行情况,及时的排除压力容器使用中存在的问题,保障压力容器的安全和稳定运行。为了确保耐压试验的有效性和试验结果的可靠性,必须要对试验过程进行质量控制。文章就主要围绕压力容器检验中耐压试验的质量控制策略进行简要分析和研究。
Pressure vessels are widely used in the fields of chemical industry,petroleum,medical research,etc.As special-grade pressure-bearing equipment,in the process of pressure vessel production,they must undergo strict quality inspection before they can be put into use.The pressure test is the main method and approach for pressure vessel inspection.Through the pressure test,the operation of the pressure vessel can be better grasped,problems existing in the use of the pressure vessel can be eliminated in time,and the safe and stable operation of the pressure vessel can be guaranteed.In order to ensure the validity of the withstand voltage test and the reliability of the test results,the quality control of the test process must be carried out.The article briefly analyzes and researches the quality control strategy of pressure test in pressure vessel inspection.
