摘要
针对某型号金属隔膜贮箱在典型试验过程中出现的隔膜翻转事故进行了故障原因摸排和分析,并通过模拟试验进行故障原因确认。最后得出结论:贮箱在气密性试验中,过高的加压速率致使气、液腔压力差大于金属膜翻转压力,是造成金属膜翻转故障的主要原因。针对该问题采取了改进措施,取得了很好的试验效果,后续产品试验中再未出现类似问题。
In view of a certain type of metal diaphragm tank in a typical test appeared in the process of membrane turnover accident reason of the fault investigation and analysis, and through the simulation test for fault reason confirmation, finally draws the conclusion:storage tank in air tightness test, high comprestion rate in gas, liquid cavity pressure difference is greater than a metal membrane turnover pressure,is the cause of metal diaphragm flip the rear, on of fault. Aiming st the problem the measures taken to improve, obtained very good results, follow-up product test does not appear again similar problems.
