摘要
耐压试验是压力容器制造过程中的一个检验环节。容器在超工作压力下,检验其密封结构的严密性,焊缝的致密性以及容器的宏观强度,以便及时发现材质和制造过程中出现的缺陷。从对耐压试验的必要性和耐压试验时筒体的强度进行分析,可以看出耐压试验时筒体是安全的,因而按规范进行的耐压试验可以不必校核容器的强度。
Pressure test was animportant tache of pressure vessel manufacturing process. Container in the ultra - working pressure, the tightness of the seal structure and the density and welded closed container macro strength were test- ed in order to detect material and manufacturing process defects. According to the standard and code, cylinder was safety when it was in pressure test, and the pressure test can not check the strength of the container.
