摘要
由英国能源学会主办的2021年国际石油周(International Petroleum Week)以"于危机中育低碳新机——油气行业未来十年展望"为主题,围绕疫情后油气产业未来走势、低碳技术、地缘政治、气候变化等议题展开讨论,形成几项重要共识:一是公众环保意识加速觉醒,油气公司减排力度加大;二是油气市场维持扩张态势,天然气将成为增长引擎;三是能源转型没有"灵丹妙药",多元化投资是主流策略;四是油气上游投资趋于谨慎,环境保护、社会责任与公司治理(ESG)披露成为重要参考;五是油气公司看好氢能前景,跨界合作推进行业发展;六是"能源贫困"问题日益突出,转型需"以人民为中心"。了解这些共识将有利于我国政策制定者、行业、企业和学术机构更好地把握能源走向,助力国家实现开放条件下的能源安全。
The International Petroleum Week 2021 with the theme of‘From crisis to low carbon opportunity-A decade of delivery for the oil and gas industry’was successfully hosted by the Energy Institute.The conference centered around several topics including the future of oil&gas industry,low-carbon technologies,geopolitics,and climate change.Consensus has been reached on a number of important issues which are summarized as follows.First,the rising environmental awareness of the public accelerates the decarbonization of oil&gas companies.Second,the global oil&gas market is expected to grow over the next decade and primarily driven by the increasing demand of natural gas.Thirdly,there is no cure-all for energy transition and a diversified investment strategy would dominate.Fourthly,investors become more cautious on upstream investments and more weights are being put on ESG factors while making decisions.Additionally,the outlook of hydrogen industry is optimistic and cross-border cooperation would facilitate the industry development.Finally,the world needs a human centric energy transition and increased focus is needed for addressing energy poverty issues.The understanding of these consensuses will be conducive to China’s policy makers,industries,enterprises,and academic institutions to better grasp the energy direction and help the country energy security while opening up.
