摘要
目的:探讨布地奈德联合氯雷他定对过敏性鼻炎患者临床效果与血清因子的作用。方法:2019年3月至2020年3月收治的过敏性鼻炎患者86例,按随机数表分为两组,对照组43例采用氯雷他定治疗,研究组43例用布地奈德联合氯雷他定治疗,分析两组的临床效果与血清因子。结果:研究组总有效率为93.0%,高于对照组79.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后IL-4与IL-10水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组头痛、嗜睡、口干、乏力等不良反应发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:布地奈德联合氯雷他定治疗过敏性鼻炎可减轻患者炎症反应,降低不良反应。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of budesonide combined with loratadine on allergic rhinitis and the effect of serum factors.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,86 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into two groups,43 cases in the control group were treated with loratadine,and 43 cases in the study group were treated with budesonide combined with loratadine.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 93.0%,higher than 79.1%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of headache,drowsiness,dry mouth,fatigue and other adverse reactions in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Budesonide combined with loratadine in the treatment of allergic rhinitis can reduce inflammatory reaction and reduce adverse reactions.
