摘要 压降是有机硅流化床反应器重要指标,压降越小,硅粉颗粒的流态化越充分,流化床反应器的压降与筒体的设计有关。运用Eulerian模型对变径式流化床反应器筒体内部流场进行模拟,模拟结果表明,当筒体的的下段变径角度控制在16°~20°,上变径段角度在10°~14°时,筒体内的压力变化较为平缓,筒体内的压降较小,颗粒在筒体内能充分地流化。本文的研究为变径式有机硅流化床反应器筒体的设计提供了基础。 Pressure drop is an important index of organosilicon fluidized bed reactor.The smaller the pressure drop is,the fuller the fluidization of silica particles is.The pressure drop of the fluidized bed reactor is related to the design of the cylinder.In this paper,the Eulerian model is used to simulate the internal flow field of the variable diameter fluidized bed reactor,The simulation results show that when the lower section of the cylinder is controlled at 16°~20°and the upper section is controlled at 10°~14°,The pressure change in the cylinder is relatively gentle,the pressure drop in the cylinder is small,and the particles can be fully fluidized in the cylinder.This study provides a basis for the design of the variable diameter silicone fluidized bed reactor.
