摘要
海岸带是海洋系统与陆地系统相连接、复合与交叉的地理单元,是沿海城市水产养殖、农业生产、港口建设的重要基地。自2007年实施北部湾经济区战略以来,广西沿海三市开展大规模的经济建设,大力开发海洋经济,海岸线向海一侧也进行了大规模的填海造陆工作。围填海在带来经济效益的同时,严重改变了自然海岸线的结构,毁坏沙滩、红树林及近海的海岛,导致抵御台风、海啸和赤潮的能力极大降低,同时近海生物的生存环境受到严重破坏。为了加强对海岸带生态环境的保护,本文根据广西实际情况,积极开展海岸带开发利用变化监测,选取人工养殖池、开放养殖水面、红树林等3个专题要素进行监测,分析变化原因、趋势等情况,为相关部门进行自然岸线保护、围填海规模管控、海岸开发利用专题决策等提供数据支撑。
The coastal zone is a geographical unit that connects the marine system and the land system,and it is an important base for aquaculture,agricultural production and port construction in coastal cities.The coastal zone is a geographical unit that connects the marine system and the land system,and it is an important base for aquaculture,agricultural production and port construction in coastal cities.Since the implementation of the strategy of Beibu Gulf Economic Zone in 2007,the three coastal cities of Guangxi have carried out large-scale economic construction,vigorously developed the marine economy,and carried out large-scale reclamation work on the seaward side of the coastline.Reclamation not only brings economic benefits,but also seriously changes the structure of the natural coastline,destroys the beaches,mangroves and offshore islands,greatly reduces the ability to resist typhoons,tsunamis and red tides,and seriously damages the living environment of offshore organisms.In order to strengthen the protection of coastal ecological environment,according to the actual situation of Guangxi,we actively carry out the monitoring of coastal development and utilization,select three thematic elements of artificial breeding pool,open breeding water surface and mangrove for monitoring,analyze the causes and trends of changes,and make thematic decisions for relevant departments on natural coastline protection,reclamation scale control and coastal development and utilization and so on.
