摘要
在国家重点研发计划和自然科学基金等项目的支持下,本项目成功研发了国土资源典型要素精细化检测与解译,要素变化自动发现与提取技术成果。成果包括任务驱动的空天地多源遥感影像快速获取与协同处理,渐进增长机制驱动的海量样本数据集自动制作,顾及场景-目标-像素层次关系的国土资源典型要素智能识别与解译,语义信息增强的国土资源典型要素变化鲁棒检测等关键技术,解决了国土资源专题要素自动识别不准,国土资源变化发现慢、检测难、查不全等瓶颈难题,在涉及国土资源违法行为监测等领域应用效果显著。该成果获2020地理信息科技进步特等奖。本文主要从国土资源典型要素变化遥感智能监测技术创新、系统应用等方面进行介绍。
With the support of the National Key R&D Program and the National Natural Science Foundation of China,this project has successfully developed a technical solution for refined interpretation of land cover resources and automatic change detection.The key achievements include task-driven rapid acquisition and collaborative processing of multi-source remote sensing images of air,space and ground,automatic generation of massive training samples driven by progressive growth mechanism,intelligent identification of typical land cover resources that take the hierarchical relationship of “scene-target-pixel” into account,and robust change detection with enhanced semantic information.This project solves the bottleneck problems,such as inaccurate automatic identification of thematic features of land cover resources,and difficulty in discovering,detecting and completely investigating feature changes.The application effect is remarkable in monitoring illegal activities on land cover resources.In July 2020,this achievement won the special prize of China Geographic Information Science and Technology Progress Award.This paper introduces the innovation of intelligent remote sensing monitoring technology and the application in discovering typical feature changes of land cover resources.
