基于创新思维培养的应用型大学经管类课程教学改革设计 被引量:1

The Design in the Course of Economic Management Cultivation of Innovative Thinking in Applied University

摘要 科学合理的选择恰当的教学方法,运用现代教学理论和手段,综合考虑学科教学目标、教学内容、学生特性等因素,熟练地把握教学方法并加以使用,是考验教师的基本功的首要因素。该文结合目前经管类教学改革中常使用的案例教学法和对分课堂教学法的教学设计,力求在学生创新思维培养上有所突破。提出从创新思维培养的原则出发,从教学方法的选择、教学过程与教学目标设计等方面,如何与创新思维培养与课程教学内容有机结合,进行了探讨,力求在创新思维培养方面进行课程改革。 Scientific and reasonable selection of appropriate teaching methods,application of modern teaching theory and means,comprehensive consideration of teaching objectives,teaching content,student characteristics and other factors,and skillful grasp and use of teaching methods are the primary factors to test teachers’basic skills.This paper tries to make a breakthrough in the cultivation of students’innovative thinking by combining the teaching design of case teaching method and bisection classroom teaching method which are often used in the reform of economic management teaching.From the principles of innovative thinking training,from the aspects of teaching method selection,teaching process and teaching objective design,how to combine with innovative thinking training and curriculum teach ing content is discussed,and the curriculum reform in the aspect of innovative thinking training is made as far as possible.
