摘要
对高职院校创新创业能力培养现状进行了调查并指出存在的问题。提出了高职学生创新创业能力培养应遵循的原则,在此基础上探索创新创业能力培养与专业教育有机融合,通过建立健全创新创业培养机制、营造良好的创新创业氛围和搭建合适的创新创业实践平台等措施,提升学生的专业综合素质和创新创业能力水平,培养具有创新精神和创业能力、符合社会和企业需求的高素质技术技能型人才。
This article investigated the current situation of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability in Higher Vocational Colleges,pointed out the existing problems,put forward the principles to be followed in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of higher vocational students,and explored the organic integration of innovation and entrepreneurship ability cultivation and professional education on this basis.Through the establishment and improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship training mechanism,the creation of a good innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere and the establishment of a suitable innovation and entrepreneurship practice platform and other measures,and improved the comprehensive quality and innovation and entrepreneurship ability of students.By this way it cultivated high-quality technical and skilled talents with innovative spirit and entrepreneurial ability,and met the needs of society and enterprises.
