摘要
每年都有数百万的高校毕业生涌入就业市场,作为就业大军中的重要群体之一,高校艺术生的就业形势已十分严峻。这也与其自身的就业观念有一定关系,在这一背景下,该文将从高校艺术生的就业现状及其中存在的部分问题入手,结合相关研究资料,重点对高校艺术生就业观念的转变与创新进行简要分析研究。
Millions of college graduates come into the employment market every year.As one of the important groups in the employment force,the employment situation of college art students is very severe.This is also related to its own concept of employment.In this context,this paper will start with the current situation of College Art Students’employment and some of the existing problems,combined with relevant research materials,focusing on the transformation and innovation of College Art Students’employment concept.
