摘要
我国西北地区受地域、资源诸多因素影响,经济相对落后,为了发展经济,党和政府从教育入手,投入了大量的人力、物力和财力,但是教育成果并不十分理想,由于信息化认识不足、物质保障不充分、基础设施落后、跨区域高校教育资源共享平台建设缓慢等原因,与东部及沿海地区高校在素质教育成果上存在较大差异,许多地处西北地区的高校仍然沿用传统教育模式,"学生中心、成果导向、持续改进"这一当前国际流行的教育教学理念还没有得到深入贯彻。"立德树人,围绕学生忙起来、教师强起来、管理严起来、效果实起来,深化高校教育教学改革,培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人"的教育成果也不理想。学生运用知识解决问题的能力亟待提高。文章针对西北地区高校素质教育状况,对甘肃省天水地区的高校走访调研,以点带面剖析素质教育现状及高校素质教育存在的问题,指出西北地区高校提高素质教育的必要性和重要途径,并对西北地区高校素质教育改革提出对策和建议,积极探索西北地区高校素质教育改革之路,追根溯源,使西北地区高校可通过素质教育培养出有责任、敢担当、能挑重担的复合型人才!
In order to develop the economy,the party and the government have invested a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources in education,but the educational achievements are not very ideal,because of the lack of information awareness,inadequate material security,backward infrastructure,slow construction of cross regional university education resource sharing platform and other reasons There are great differences in quality education achievements between universities in the East and coastal areas.Many universities in the northwest still follow the education mode under the old system.The current international popular education and teaching concept of"student-centered,achievement oriented,and continuous improvement"has not been thoroughl y implemented.The educational achievements of"Building Morality and cultivating talents,focusing on students’busy,teachers’strong,strict management and practical effect,deepening the reform of education and teaching in Colleges and universities,and cultivating socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,body,beauty and labor"are also not ideal.The ability of students to use knowledge to solve problems needs to be improved.In view of the situation of quality education in Colleges and universities in Northwest China,this paper makes a survey of colleges and universities in Tianshui area of Gansu Province,analyzes the current situation of quality education and the existing problems of quality education in Colleges and universities,points out the necessity and important ways to improve quality education in Colleges and universities in Northwest China,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of quality education in Colleges and universities in Northwest China,and actively explores the quality education in Colleges and universities in Northwest China The way of educational reform,after all,enables colleges and universities in Northwest China to cultivate compound talents who are responsible,dare to take responsib
