摘要
随着国家一流本科专业建设的深入发展,各高校积极开展高等教育人才培养模式改革的探索与实践。该文以河南科技大学为例,通过制定多样化的专业人才培养方案、创新并拓宽多样化人才培养途径、构建课内外深度融合的课外培养育人新体系、健全教学质量保障体系、完善多样化人才培养模式的教育教学管理制度等途径,实施一系列教育教学管理改革措施,建立了"3435"人才培养体系,并取得了一定的阶段性成果。该模式为其他地方综合性大学教育管理改革提供了借鉴和参考。
With the further development of national first-class undergraduate major construction,exploration and practice of the reform of talent training mode in Higher Education are being carried out in colleges and universities.Take Henan University of Science and Technology as an example,this paper implements a series of reform measures of education and teaching management by formulating diversified professional personnel training programs,innovating and broadening diversified talent training channels,constructing a new system of extracurricular training and education with deep integration inside and outside the class,improving the teaching quality assurance system,and improving the education and teaching management system of diversified talent training mode.The"3435"talent training system has been established,and certain achievements have been made.This model provides reference for the education management reform of other comprehensive universities in other places.
