摘要
以播音主持艺术专业课程教学模式为研究对象,以OBE教育理念为分析视角,从教学实施特点与教学设计理念的维度进行逐层分析。以培养媒体所需专业型人才能力为课程设计目标、用专业能力矩阵构建课程体系、因材施教动态培养的教学策略实施、测评维度个体化的自我参照评价四位一体,是OBE教育理念下播音主持艺术专业教学实施的特点。社会需求与培养目标相对应、培养目标与毕业要求相对应、毕业要求与能力测评相对应、能力测评与课程体系相对应的四对应教学设计理念,为播音主持艺术专业发展提供借鉴与参考。
Taking the teaching mode of the broadcasting and hosting art professional course as the research object,taking the OBE education concept as the analysis perspective,and analyzing the characteristics of teaching implementation and the dimensions of teaching design concept layer by layer.Cultivating professional talents required by the media is the goal of curriculum design,constructing a curriculum system with a professional competence matrix,implementing teaching strategies based on dynamic training of students’aptitude,and individualized self-reference evaluation of evaluation dimensions,the four-in-one,it is the characteristic of the teaching implementation of broadcasting and hosting art specialty under the concept of OBE education.The four-correspondence instructional design concepts of social needs and training goals,training goals and graduation requirements,graduation requirements and ability assessments,and ability assessments and curriculum systems corresponding to the four corresponding teaching design concepts provide reference and reference for the professional development of broadcasting and hosting art.
