“1+X”证书制度下应用型本科院校会计学专业课证融通人才培养模式探究

Research on the Talent Training Mode of Accounting Course Certificate Integration in Application-Oriented Undergraduate Colleges Under th“e 1+X”Certificate System

摘要 “1+X”证书制度是教育部为鼓励学生在获取学历证书的同时,获取各种证明自身职业技能的证书所发布的,旨在培养学生的职业能力,提升学生的就业竞争力。“1+X”证书制度在产教融合、课证融通方面发挥着重要作用。应用型本科院校注重应用型人才的培养,注重学生实践技能的提升,这与“1+X”证书制度出台的意义相契合。因此,如何将“1+X”证书引入应用型本科人才培养过程中,实现课证融通,是值得思考的问题。该文以我校会计学专业为研究对象,分析目前该专业人才培养模式存在的问题,引入“1+X”证书中的智能财税中级证书,阐述“1+X”证书制度下的人才培养模式从课程体系重构、人才培养效果评价、师资能力培养方面探索提升路径。 The“1+X”certificate system is a system issued by the Ministry of Education to encourage students to obtain various certificates to prove their vocational skills while obtaining academic certificates.It aims to cultivate students'vocational ability and enhance their future employment competitiveness.The“1+X”certificate system plays an important role in promoting the integration of industry and education and the integration of courses and certificates.The application-oriented undergraduate universities pay attention to the training of application-oriented talents and the improvement of students'practical skills,which is consistent with the significance of the introduction of the“1+X”certificate system.Therefore,it is worth thinking about how to introduce“1+X”certificate into the training process of application-oriented undergraduate talents and achieve course certificate integration.This paper takes the accounting major of our university as the research object,analyzes the problems existing in the current talent training mode of the major,introduces the intermediate certificate of intelligent finance and taxation in the“1+X”certificate,explains the talent training mode under the“1+X”certificate system,and explores the improvement path from the aspects of curriculum system reconstruction,talent training effect evaluation,and teachers'ability improvement.
