摘要
本文利用扫描电子显微镜、电化学工作站、电池充放电仪研究了铝空气电池氧电极成形压力、温度、压制时间对氧电极电势的影响。结果表明,随着氧电极成形压力的增大,氧电极孔隙变小,电极电势正移,这是由于增大压力减小了氧电极的电阻,当氧电极压力大于1900N·cm-2,由于孔隙的进一步变小,氧电极的电荷转移阻力增大,氧电极电势负移,随着压制温度升高,氧电极孔隙结构逐渐被压合,氧电极的电荷转移阻力增大,氧电极电势负移。比较实验结果,氧电极的最佳成形压力、温度、压制时间分别为:1900N·cm-2,25℃,1min。
In this paper,the influences of forming pressure,temperature,and pressing time on the potential of oxygen electrodes for aluminum air battery were studied through the scanning electron microscope,electrochemical workstation,and battery charge-discharge meter.The results show that with the increase of oxygen electrode forming pressure,the pore of the oxygen electrode was narrowed,electrode potential move to a positive direction,this is because the resistance was decreased with an increase in pressure when oxygen electrode pressure is greater than1900 N·cm-2,the charge transfer resistance increase of the oxygen electrode oxygen and the electrode potential move to negative with the pore of oxygen electrode was narrowed further,oxygen electrode pore structure by pressing gradually with the pressing temperature,the charge transfer resistance of the oxygen electrode oxygen was increased and the electrode potential move to negative.Comparative experimental results The pressing parameters of the oxygen electrode are the forming pressure 1900 N·cm-2,the pressing temperature of 25℃,and the holding time was 1 min.
