摘要
采用正交实验法,固定其主要成分活性炭的含量,对空气扩散电极催化层中的其它4种成分,即PTFE、乙炔黑、无水乙醇、催化剂(γ-MnO2)的含量进行了优化设计。优化及分析结果表明:PTFE的含量对空气扩散电极的性能影响最大。在活性炭的含量为4.0g,20ml无水乙醇,1.0g乙炔黑,2.5g催化剂(γ-MnO2),2.0g FIFE的配比条件下,空气扩散电极的电流密度可以达到202mA/cm^2。
The optimal composition of catalyst layer in air diffusion electrode is prepared by using orthogonal test method. The main ingredient of catalyst layer is active carbon content which is fixed at 4. 0g. Other ingredient( absolute alcohol,acetylene black,γ-MnO2 and PTFE)and their content is optimized. The current density of air diffusion electrode could attain 202mA/cm^2 when the absolute alcohol content is 20ml,acetylene black is 1.0g,γ-MnO: is 2.5g and PTFE is 2. 0g. The PTFE content is mainly attributed to the performance of air diffusion electrode.
