MnO_2纳米棒/石墨烯空气扩散电极的铝空气电源

摘要 为满足绿色安全的化学电源需求,通过空气扩散电极的制备、铝阳极的优选、电解液浓度的选择、铝空气电池模组电解液的循环设计和电池集成,制备了具备实际供电能力的铝空气电源。其中空气扩散电极采用MnO_2纳米棒和石墨烯作为氧还原催化材料,使铝空气电池单体总能量达到1 009.7 Wh,比能量可以达到721.2 Wh/kg,电解液的循环设计使电池能够持续稳定地放电。铝空气电源功率可以达到1 171 W,给一台电脑一体机和一台红外灯同时供电,性能表现良好。 An aluminum air electrochemical generator which could supply actual power for electric equipment was prepared to meet the demand of green chemical power supply security, through the preparation of air diffusion electrode, the optimization of aluminum anode battery, different electrolyte concentration test, the electrolyte cycle design of aluminum air battery module and integrated aluminum air battery. Therein air diffusion electrode was prepared with MnO2 nanorods and graphene as oxygen reduction catalytic materials, which made aluminum air battery monomer capacity energy could reach 1 009.7 Wh, the specific energy could reach 721.2 Wh/kg. The cycle design of the electrolyte could make the battery discharge stably and lasting. The aluminum air electrochemical generator power supply could reach 1 171 W, which showed good performance on the power supply for a computer integrated machine and a infrared light.
