摘要
班主任是班级管理活动的组织者,同时也是学生成长路上的引路人,作为新时代教育工作者,班主任必须熟练掌握教育激励理论,并在班级管理中运用教育激励理论对管理模式进行创新。本文简单分析了当前初中班级管理存在的主要问题,结合笔者实际教育工作经验,提出了教育激励理论在初中班级管理中的运用策略供参考。
the head teacher is the organizer of class management activities,and also the guide of students’growth.As an educator in the new era,the head teacher must master the educational incentive theory and innovate the management mode by using the educational incentive theory in class management.This paper briefly analyzes the main problems existing in the current junior middle school class management,combined with the author’s practical education experience,puts forward the application strategy of educational incentive theory in junior middle school class management for reference.
