摘要
随着我国教育体制的不断发展和改革,素质教育也正在逐渐落实。小学属于我国义务教育阶段,越来越多的教师通过创新教学方式来开展素质教育,也取得了很多好成绩。但目前素质教育模式还不够完善,尤其是小学教育管理中还存在一些问题,需要不断的创新和完善。本文就素质教育视角下的小学教育管理问题展开分析,并提出几点对策。
With the continuous development and reform of my country’s education system,quality education is gradually being implemented.Elementary schools belong to the stage of compulsory education in our country.More and more teachers develop quality education through innovative teaching methods and have also achieved many good results.However,the current quality education model is not perfect,especially in the management of elementary education,there are still some problems,which require continuous innovation and improvement.This article analyzes the problems of primary education management from the perspective of quality education,and proposes several countermeasures.
