摘要
本文从高职教育教学角度出发,阐释了"课程思政"的内涵;分析了当前高职院校教师普遍存在思想认识上的偏差、主观能动性上的不作为、教学能力上的不足等现象,从而影响"课程思政"实施效果;并就如何提升高职专业教师育人能力之路径提出相应对策。
From the perspective of higher vocational education,this paper explains the connotation of"curriculum ideologic al and political education";analyzes the current ideological and cognitive deviation of teachers in higher vocational colleges,in action on in subjective initiative,and deficiencies in teaching ability,so as to affect the implementation effect of"curriculum id eological and political education";and puts forward the corresponding path of how to improve the educational ability of profes sional teachers in higher vocational colleges countermeasures.
