摘要
英语作为一门语言,是学生走向海外的工具,是与各种文化交流的工具。各大高校为满足学生多样化需求,提升英语教学文化内涵,以培养复合型英语人才为目标,将英语文学原著应用于英语教学。文学原著的引入,一方面激发了学生学习兴趣,另一方面丰富了英语教学形式,是对全新教学理念的践行。本文分析了英语教学现状,探讨英语文学原著融入英语教学的意义,从语言能力培养和文化意识入手,探索英语文学原著在课堂中的具体应用策略。
As a language,English is a tool for students to go overseas and a tool for communicating with various cultures.In order to meet the diverse needs of students and enhance the cultural connotation of English teaching,major universities apply the original English literature to English teaching with the goal of training compound English talents.The introduction of the original literary works,on the one hand,stimulates students’interest in learning,on the other hand,it enriches the form of English teaching.This article analyzes the current situation of English teaching,discusses the significance of integrating English literature into English teaching,and starts with language ability training and cultural awareness to explore the specific application strategies of English literature in the classroom.
