摘要
父母是孩子的第一任“政治老师”。作为重要的政治社会化途径,家庭中父母的教养行为会深刻影响子女的政治态度。S省六所高校大学新生抽样调查数据显示,子女在家庭决策中的角色与作用、父母对子女的管教方式、父母自身的公共参与状况等,显著影响了个体的政治效能感。具体而言,子女对家庭事务的意见表达、对自身家庭决策影响力的感知,能够显著提升其政治效能感。“棍棒底下出孝子”的说法并不适用于现代公民人格的培育,沟通与说理等现代方式才能够显著提升子女的政治效能感。从管教的严格程度看,父母“一个唱红脸一个唱白脸”,则子女的政治效能感显著高于父母双方均严厉或都不严厉的情况。此外,父母自身的公共参与及其与子女的公共讨论,也有助于现代政治人格的培育。
Parents are the first“political teachers”of their children.As an important way of political socialization,parents'parenting behaviors in the family can profoundly affeet their children's political attitudes.Empirical data from a representative survey of freshmen in six universities in S province show that children's role in family decision-making,parents'disciplinary practices,and parents'own public participation significantly affect individual political efficacy.Specifically,children's expression of opinions on family matters and their perceived influence on their own family decisions can significantly enhance their sense of political efficacy.The saying that“sparee the rod and spoil the child”is not applicable to the training of modern citizenship,and modern methods such as communication and reasoning can significantly improve children's political efficacy.In terms of strietness of disciplinc,children's political efficacy is significantly higher when parents are“onc coaxcs.thc other coerces”than when both parents are strict or neither.In addition,parents'own public participation and public discussion with their children also contribute to the development of modern political personality.
