摘要
目的分析甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片联合治疗老年糖尿病的疗效。方法入组本院2017年1月-2019年12月收治的老年糖尿患者者共80例,随机分组,对照组的患者用药是甘精胰岛素,观察组则在对照组的基础上增加阿卡波糖片。比较两组治疗前后患者血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白、总有效率。结果观察组治疗后患者血糖水平、糖化血红蛋白显著低于对照组,P<0.05。观察组总有效率均优于对照组,P<0.05。结论甘精胰岛素与阿卡波糖片对于老年糖尿病的降糖作用更为确切,可有效降低糖化血红蛋白,可提高治疗效果,值得推广。
Objective To analyze the efficacy of insulin glargine combined with acarbose tablets in the treatment of senile diabetes.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into groups.The patients in the control group were prescribed insulin glargine,and the observation group was added with Aka on the basis of the control group.Wave sugar tablets.The blood glucose levels,glycosylated hemoglobin,and total effective rate of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the blood glucose level and glycosylated hemoglobin of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.The total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion Insulin glargine and acarbose tablets have a more precise hypoglycemic effect on elderly diabetes,can effectively reduce glycosylated hemoglobin,can improve the therapeutic effect,and it is worthy of promotion.
