摘要
选用真龙一类卷烟A牌号为试验对象,运用全因子试验设计研究HDT气流烘丝机工艺参数对卷烟内在质量的影响。试验结果表明,在其他参数不变的前提下,入口含水率、SIROX工作蒸气流量对感官质量均有显著影响,且两者之间有显著的交互作用。真龙一类卷烟A配方HDT烘丝的最佳工艺参数为入口含水率17.5%、SIROX工作蒸气流量300 kg/h、负压-0.5 kPa、工艺气体温度175℃。
The effect of process parameters of HDT air drying machine on the internal quality of cigarette was studied by using full-factor experimental design(DOE). The experimental results show that the inlet moisture and the SIROX steam flow have significant influences on the sensory quality,and there is a significant interaction between them,with other parameters remaining unchanged. The optimum HDT drying parameters for The first class of Zhenlong cigarette A are the inlet moisture of 17.5%,the SIROX steam flow of 300 kg/h,the negative pressure of -5 mbar,and the process gas temperature of 175 ℃.
