MSA在卷烟质量测量过程监控中的应用研究

摘要 以卷烟质量测量过程为研究对象,采用测量系统分析(MSA)的方法,对测量系统的重复性、再现性、线性、偏倚和分辨力进行精准分析,研究其位置变差、宽度变差趋势并加以控制。其目的是保证计量设备处于有效的监控状态,使卷烟成品质量指标达到较高的控制水平,保障卷烟内在质量控制的稳定性。 Taking the cigarette quality measurement process as the research object,the measurement system analysis(MSA)method was used to accurately analyze the repeatability,reproducibility,linearity,bias,and resolution of the measurement system,and the trend of its position deterioration and width deterioration was studied and controlled.Its purpose is to ensure that the metering equipment is in an effective monitoring state,so that the quality index of the finished cigarette can reach a higher control level,and to ensure the stability of the internal quality control of the cigarette.
