摘要
起源于英国的本科生导师制度,经过长期发展演变,取得了丰富的经验和较为可观的成效,而我国高校的本科生导师制起步较晚并存在诸多问题,中英高校的本科生导师制存在可比性和互鉴性。针对中英两国本科生导师制模式,从目标和实践层面进行比较,分析二者异同,就国内本科生导师制的完善和实施提供经验和启示。
The United Kingdom who invented undergraduate tutorial system first,has gained rich experience and bore favorable fruits when the system has undergone a long period of development on the land.The same system in China,however,has only started recently and witnessed some problems.In this case,it is necessary to make a comparative study on the undergraduate tutorial systems in China and the UK so that we might find some examples to follow.This article,starting from the goals and practice,tries to make an analysis of the similarities and differences between the two systems in China and in the UK,and offer some experience and enlightenment for the undergraduate tutorial system in China as well.
