摘要
目的设计并制作采集尿标本婴儿纸尿裤,探讨其在新生儿尿标本采集中的效果。方法选取2020年11月—12月在浙江省某三级甲等儿童专科医院新生儿科需要采集尿标本的221例患儿,按照随机数字表法分组。试验组113例采用采集尿标本婴儿纸尿裤结合尿袋,对照组108例采用常规纸尿裤结合尿袋采集尿标本;比较两组尿标本成功采集时间、一次性采集成功率、尿袋脱落率、大便污染率及大小便污染床单发生率。结果试验组共采集尿标本274次,对照组共采集尿标本308次。试验组尿标本采集时间为(39.26±22.08)min,短于对照组(65.10±30.29)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组一次性采集成功率为80.66%,高于对照组70.13%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组大便污染率为9.49%,低于对照组17.85%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组尿袋脱落率和大小便污染床单发生率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论使用采集尿标本婴儿纸尿裤可明显缩短患儿尿标本采集时间,提高一次性采集成功率和减少大便污染率,为新生儿采集尿标本提供了一种新的简便方法。
Objective To design and manufacture baby diapers for collecting urine samples,and explore its effect in the collection of newborn urine samples.Methods The 221 cases who needed to collect urine samples in the neonatology department of a tertiary grade A children’s hospital in Zhejiang Province were selected from November 2020 to December 2020.The newborns were randomly grouped according to the number table.Urine samples were collected by baby diaper combined with urine bags in 113 cases in the experimental group,and normal diapers combined with urine bags were used for 108 cases in control group.The urine samples collection time,one-time collection success rate,urine bag shedding rate,stool contamination rate and incidence of bed sheet contamination were compared between the two groups.Results A total of 274 urine samples were collected in the experimental group and 308 urine samples were collected in the control group.The urine sample collection time of the experimental group was(39.26±22.08)min,which was shorter than the control group(65.10±30.29)min,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The one-time collection success rate of the experimental group was80.66%,which was higher than the control group(70.13%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The stool contamination rate of the experimental group was 9.49%,which was lower than the control group(17.85%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the rate of urine bag shedding and the incidence of fecal contamination of bed sheets between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of urine samples collected baby diaper can significantly shorten the urine sample collection time,increase the success rate of one-time collection and reduce the rate of stool contamination,which provides a new and simple method for collecting newborn urine samples.
