摘要
目的评价和总结婴幼儿尿液标本非侵入性采集技术最佳证据。方法检索UPTODATE、临床决策循证数据库、英国国家临床医学研究所指南网、加拿大安大略注册护士协会、苏格兰院际指南网、JBI循证卫生保健中心数据库、美国国立指南网、中国医脉通指南、Cochrane library、PubMed、中国知网、万方医学网、欧洲泌尿外科协会官网中所有婴幼儿尿液标本非侵入性采集技术的最佳证据,包括指南、系统评价、证据总结、循证实践、专家共识。由4名研究者对纳入文献进行质量评价,并对符合质量标准的文献进行证据提取。结果共纳入7篇文献,包括4篇指南、2篇系统评价、1篇证据总结,总结出尿液标本采集前准备、采集时机、采集方法、采集实践者及标本处理5个方面11条最佳证据。结论本次最佳证据总结为临床医务人员通过非侵入性采集技术采集婴幼儿尿液标本提供循证证据支持,降低婴幼儿侵入性操作发生率,有利于提高婴幼儿尿液标本采集成功率。
Objective To evaluate and summarize the best evidence of non-invasive collection of infant urine samples.Methods Search in the databases,including UPTODATE,Clinical decision evidence-based database,UK national institute of clinical medicine guide network,Ontario registered nurses association of Canada,Scottish inter-hospital guide network,JBI evidence-based health care center database,US national guide network,China medical communication guide,Cochrane Library,PubMed,China hownet(CKNI),WANGFANG database and European association of Urology,for the best evidence of non-invasive urine collection methods for infants and young children,including guidelines,systematic review,evidence summary,evidence-based practice and expert consensus.The quality of the included literature was evaluated by four researchers.The evidence was extracted from the literature that met the quality standard.Results A total of 7 articles were included,including 4 evidence guides,2 systematic reviews and 1 summary and 11 pieces of best evidence were summarized in five aspects:pre-collection preparation,collection timing,collection methods,collection practitioners and sample treatment.Conclusion The best evidence summary provides evidence-based support for clinical medical staff to collect infant urine samples through non-invasive collection,which reduces the incidence of invasive operation and improves the success rate of infant urine sample collection.
