摘要
目的:探究Er:YAG激光治疗鼻咽癌放疗后放射性龋齿的临床效果。方法:选择2020年5月~2021年4月收治的58例放疗后患有放射性龋齿的鼻咽癌患者进行研究,采用随机数表法将其随机分为2组,观察组(n=29)采用Er:YAG激光治疗,对照组(n=29)采用传统涡轮快机加金刚砂钻车针治疗,比较两组患者的治疗配合度、治疗后疼痛发生率、填充物脱落率以及治疗前后牙周指标变化情况。结果:观察组患者的治疗配合度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后的疼痛程度明显轻于对照组,且充填物脱落率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗后,观察组的菌斑指数、出血指数、探针深度均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用Er:YAG激光治疗鼻咽癌放疗后放射性龋齿能够显著提高患者的治疗舒适度,减少疼痛、充填物脱落等不良事件发生,患者接受度更高,且在减轻牙周炎症方面有显著的优势。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Er:YAG laser in the treatment of radiation caries after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods:From May 2020 to April 2021,58 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiation caries after radiotherapy were selected for the study.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method.The experimental group(n=29)was treated with Er:YAG laser treatment,and the control group(n=29)was treated with traditional turbine speed machine and emery drill turning needle treatment.The degree of treatment cooperation,the incidence of pain after treatment,the rate of filler falling off and the changes of periodontal indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment cooperation degree in experimental group was significantly higher than control group,and the incidence of pain and the rate of filler dropping after treatment were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the plaque index,bleeding index and probe depth in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Er:YAG laser in the treatment of radioactive caries after radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma can significantly improve the treatment comfort of patients,reduce the occurrence of adverse events such as pain and filler falling off,have higher acceptance,and have significant advantages in reducing periodontal inflammation.
