摘要
博士学位论文评阅与答辩涉及多方主体的权利与义务,需要在法律关系视角下保障权利的享有和义务的履行。但受各种利益驱动、对教育法和教育规律的片面认识等因素的影响,实践中存在的某些规定正在侵犯一定主体的权利,对此需要依法治理。
Doctoral dissertation’s review and oral defense involve the rights and duties of various subjects.We need to protect the enjoyment of rights and duties under the perspective of legal relationship.However,under the influence of various interests and the one-sided understanding of the education law and regular pattern of education,some of the provisions in practice are violating the rights of the subjects,which needs governance by law.
