摘要
为应对新冠疫情对经济带来的严峻挑战,我国多地陆续出台消费券政策,通过扩内需、促消费以拉动经济增长。本文运用Python软件获取2020年4月与消费券相关的新浪微博,通过舆情分析反映消费者预期变化趋势,测度消费券政策效应。研究发现:消费券政策实时关注度较高,加之官方媒体助力宣传,对消费者正面情绪的舆论引导作用显著,有效提振了消费信心。上述发现为持续发挥消费券政策效应、促进消费提质扩容提供经验依据,也为价格舆情监测工作提供参考。
In response to the severe economic challenges posed by the COVID-19 epidemic, many places in China have successively introduced consumer voucher policies to stimulate economic growth by expanding domestic demand and promoting consumption. This article uses Python software to obtain Sina Weibo related to consumer vouchers in April 2020. Through the analysis of public opinion, the trend of consumer expectations can be reflected and the effect of consumer voucher policies can be measured. The study found that the high real-time attention of consumer voucher policies, coupled with the promotion of official media, has a significant role in guiding consumers’ positive emotions and effectively boosted consumer confidence.The above findings provide an empirical basis for continuously exerting the effect of consumer voucher policies and promoting consumption, as well as a reference for price public opinion monitoring.
