摘要
发展的本质就是创新,适当的创新是解决发展问题的根本途径。为实现高校康复治疗学系跨越式发展,我们唯有借助一系列改革创新办出学科特色和水平,方可擦亮学科品牌。本文在专业综合改革背景下进行有益的探索:从学科管理模式改革、学科考核评价体系改革、实践教学模式改革三大方面"洗面革新"并取得了良好效果,以此寻求高校康复治疗学系快速发展对策。
The essence of development is innovation,and appropriate innovation is the fundamental way to solve development problems.In order to realize the leap-forward development of the Department of Rehabilitation in Colleges and Universities,we can only polish the discipline brand by using a series of reforms and innovations to develop the characteristics and high level of the discipline.This paper is to explore from the professional comprehensive reforms including the reform of discipline management mode,the reform of the discipline evaluation system,the reform of the practical teaching mode,which achieved good results,so as to seek the rapid development strategies of the rehabilitation department in colleges and universities.
