摘要
在中外合作办学模式中,为培养具有国际化竞争力的高质量人才,对承担学生交流能力培养塑造的外籍语言教师资源的考量与选择是决定培养质量的关键因素。方法:基于合作办学学院开办以来数据资料的各单因素分析,结合随机抽外籍语言教师和学院学生调查问卷分析结果。在资料分析基础上推荐外籍语言教师配置流程优化模式建议。
In the mode of Sino foreign cooperation in running schools,in order to cultivate high-quality talents with international competitiveness,the consideration and selection of foreign language teachers who are responsible for the cultivation of students’communication ability are the key factors determining the cultivation quality.Methods:Based on the single factor analysis of the data since the establishment of the cooperative school,combined with the results of questionnaire analysis of foreign language teachers and college students.On the basis of data analysis,the paper recommends the process optimization model of foreign language teachers’configuration.
