摘要
随着城市建设的发展,二维管理模式难以准确描述不动产空间权利交叉、纵向空间等复杂情况。选取宜兴市为例,通过"一码+"三维地籍建设,以"一码管地、一码共享、一码融合"为目标,开展"一码+"不动产全生命周期管理。将统一管理和登记不同维度的土地权属,实现二维权籍数据与三维数据空间套合,准确描述各类不动产对象,精确化管理和展示不动产单元,为不动产统一登记发证和权属管理提供可靠的技术支持,探索拓展"一码+"与三维地籍融合应用场景,对宜兴市立体空间中的山、水、林、田、湖等自然资源与不动产对象的统一管理,具有实际意义。
With the development of urban construction,the two-dimensional management model is difficult to accurately describe the complex situation of real estate space,overlapping of rights and vertical space.Take Yixing as an example,through the"one code+"three-dimensional cadastral construction of Yixing City,with the goal of"one code land managing,one code sharing and one code integration",the whole life cycle management of"one code+"real estate is carried out.The land ownership of different dimensions is uniformly managed and registered,and the two-dimensional cadastral data and three-dimensional data space are combined,and all kinds of real estate objects are accurately described,and the real estate units are accurately managed and displayed To provide reliable technical support for the unified registration and certification and ownership management of real estate,explore and expand the application scenario of"one code+"and three-dimensional cadastral integration,which has practical significance for the unified management of natural resources and real estate objects such as mountains,water,forests,fields and lakes in the three-dimensional space of Yixing City.
