摘要
基于武汉光谷广场综合体项目,在城市中心交通汇集、建筑环绕、场地局限的条件下,为解决平面异形、竖向错层的超大超深基坑修建难题,结合功能需求和空间关系进行分期分区,通过创新支撑体系、BIM可视化应用、临时路面系统托换、支撑毫秒微差延期爆破拆卸等综合技术,实现了城市中心超大超深异形基坑工程的安全优质建造,保障了周边环境和交通安全。
The Optics Valley Plaza complex in Wuhan is located in urban traffic concentrated area with numerous surrounding buildings,whose construction site is insufficient.Accordingly,the phased and sectioned construction method is proposed for super-large and-deep special-shaped foundation pit.Through a series of application including innovative support system,building information modeling visualization,temporary road underpinning,and millisecond delay detonation technology,a safe and high-quality construction of a super-large and-deep special-shaped foundation pit in urban center has been built,and the normal running of traffic around the foundation pit has been guaranteed.
