摘要
中央“一号文件”连续多年提出要推进农业绿色发展。绿色食品不仅具有安全优质的特点,还有着保护生态环境的社会价值,其产业发展状况一直备受关注。现有文献主要从绿色食品产业的发展历程、发展现状、制约因素、发展问题和发展建议五个角度进行相关研究,还存在三个方面不足:一是实证类的相关文献偏少;二是文献研究的区域比较集中;三是研究层次较为宏观。
The NO.1 Central Documents have pointed out for several years that green development of agriculture should be promoted.Green food is not only characterized by safety and high quality,but also has the social value of protecting the ecological environment.And its industrial development has attracted a great deal of attention.This paper sorted the literature related to China’s green food industry into five categories,i.e.development status,development process,influencing factors,development problems and development suggestions,and then summarized the shortcomings of the current research literature as the following three aspects:firstly,the empirical research is insufficient;Secondly,the scope of research is relatively limited;Thirdly,the research is biased towards macro-level study.
