摘要
森林食品以其绿色、安全、生态、健康的特点备受消费者青睐。本文主要综述了我国在森林食品的内涵、资源特征、产业发展现状以及存在的问题等方面的研究,并提出了森林食品产业未来研究的四个领域,即森林食品安全、森林食品产业发展的有效模式、森林食品的标准化与信息化建设以及森林食品产业品牌建设。
Forest food is favored by consumers for its green, safe, ecological, and healthy characteristics. This paper mainly summarized the research on the connotation of forest food, the characteristics of forest food resources, the development status of forest food industry, and the existing problems of forest food industry in China, and put forward four areas for the future research of forest food industry, namely, forest food safety, the effective model of forest food industry development, the standardization and informatization construction of forest food, and the brand construction of forest food industry.
