临地铁基坑工程突出主楼的施工关键技术研究

摘要 在邻近地铁线路的项目开发中,经常面临项目开发经营、基坑工程成本与保护地铁安全产生矛盾的问题。为快速达到项目开发计划节点,通过施工分区优化、施工流程优化、采取快速换撑技术等方法,实现了主楼先行、附属建筑滞后,结构按期出±0 m,及时达成首批次预售形象进度的目标。并根据检测报告,基坑变形控制满足设计要求,地铁隧道收敛值也满足地铁监控要求,可为同类项目所借鉴。 During the development of project adjacent to the subway lines,conflicts often arise between project development,foundation pit engineering costs,and the need to ensure subway safety.To meet the project development milestones efficiently,methods such as optimizing construction zoning,refining construction processes,and employing rapid support-replacement techniques were utilized.This approach allowed for the expedited construction of the main building while delaying subsidiary structures,ensuring that the structure above±0 m was completed on schedule and that the first batch of pre-sale milestones was achieved.Inspection reports indicate that foundation pit deformation control met design requirements,and subway tunnel convergence values satisfied monitoring standards,providing valuable reference for similar projects.
