摘要
从相关机构筹建背景、出国考察目的以及派遣人员构成等角度出发,解析抗战后期杨廷宝受资源委员会派遣出国考察这一事件在近代工程发展中的作用与地位。基于相关通讯原件、技术合同与会议记录等档案,以杨廷宝撰写的《建筑工程报告》为依托,详述其考察的行程内容,引发关于中国战后重建与基泰工程司实践的延伸思考。
In this paper,from some aspects such as the preparation background,the purpose of the overseas investigation and personnel composition,parsing the function and position in the development of modern engineering.Based on the documents of related communication originals,technical contracts and meeting minutes,and based on the architectural engineering report written by Yang Ting Pao,the paper details the contents of his visit,which leads to extended thinking on China’s post-war reconstruction and the practice of Kwan,Chu&Yang(Architects and Engineers).
