摘要
本研究按照随机抽取的原则,抽取护理专业的班级进行意义记忆渗透教学,其短期效应良好。为研究其对学生是否会产生长远影响,选择前期研究中实验组和对照组的学生作为研究对象,以非货币收益作为研究切入点,通过问卷调查、访谈等研究方法和手段,探索意义记忆渗透教育对毕业生在社会、家庭、个人三个方面的作用和影响,其统计结果发现:实验组新闻观看时长较对照组长;社会新闻关注度、政治活动参与度高于实验组;实验组与父母、亲友联系次数多于对照组,对工作满意度较对照组高,学历提升的愿望强烈。总之,意义记忆渗透教学在护理专业毕业生非货币收益方面起到积极作用。
In order to study whether it will have a long-term impact on students,the experimental group and the control group were selected in the preliminary study Students as the research object,with non-monetary income as the research starting point,through questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods and means,explore the effect of meaningful memory infiltration education on Graduates’society,family and individual.The statistical results show that the experimental group has longer news viewing time than the control group,and higher social news attention and political participation than the experimental group The number of contact with parents,relatives and friends in the experimental group was more than that in the control group,the job satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the desire of education promotion was stronger than that in the control group.In a word,meaning memory infiltration teaching plays a positive role in the non-monetary benefits of nursing graduates.
