摘要
随着跨境电商的快速发展,跨境电商产业对双创型跨境电商人才需求日益增加。文章基于现有双创型跨境电商人才需求状况,分析当前高校跨境电商类课程设置及课程教学中存在的问题,并围绕跨境电商的人才培养、教学内容、考核方式等方面提出“课赛融通”的双创型跨境电商人才培养新模式,总结教学改革实施以来取得的成果,对我国跨境电商双创型人才培养模式具有一定的启发和思考价值。
With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce, the cross-border e-commerce industry has an increasing demand for cross-border e-commerce innovative and entrepreneurship talents. Based on the current demand situation of cross-border e-commerce entrepreneurship and innovation talents, this paper analyzes the problems existing in courses? design and teaching of cross-border e-commerce courses in colleges and universities, and puts forward a new talent training mode for cross-border e-commerce to improve capability of entrepreneurship and innovation based on integration between course and competition focusing on cross-border e-commerce talents training,teaching contents and assessment methods, and summarizes the achievements made since the implementation of teaching reform in Shandong University of Technology. It will give some inspiration and thinking to the training mode of cross-border e-commerce innovation and entrepreneurship talents in China.
