摘要
实践教学是市场营销专业教学的重要组成部分,但相比理论教学,实践教学存在整体设计不完善、实习项目安排不合理、实习基地利用率不高、评价手段单一等诸多问题。因此,高校应进一步规范实践教学体系,构建系统的实践教学制度,保障专业指导教师和经费投入,合理安排实践项目,落实实习基地建设。文章简要阐述了市场营销专业实践教学体系的基本构成,分析了实践教学中存在的问题并提出了相应对策,旨在完善实践教学方式方法,提高学生实践和创新创业能力。
Practical teaching is an important part of the teaching of marketing specialty.However,compared with theoretical teaching,practical teaching has many problems,such as imperfect overall design,unreasonable arrangement of practice projects,low utilization of practice bases,and single evaluation means.Therefore,colleges and universities should further standardize the practice teaching system,build a systematic practice teaching system,ensure professional guidance teachers and funding,reasonably arrange practice projects,and implement the construction of practice bases.This paper briefly expounds the basic composition of the practical teaching system of marketing specialty,analyzes the problems existing in the practical teaching and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures,aiming at improving the practical teaching methods and improving the students’ability of practice and innovation and entrepreneurship.
