摘要
文章采取问卷调查的形式,随机抽取500名学生就“大学生学习动机”问题进行调研、分析发现,其学习动机不足的主要原因有:对高考志愿所选专业并不了解;对未来的就业观念模糊;不能合理地规划时间,学习时间占比不足;对于人生观和理想没有正确的认知;不良的学习环境。综上,提出了解决问题的对策:使学生更深入地了解专业的重要性,提高学习的神圣感和使命感;明确未来职业生涯规划;增加学习时间的占比量;树立正确的人生观和远大理想;建设良好的学习环境。为祖国培养有责任有担当、有真才实学的卓越人才。
The article adopts the form of a questionnaire survey,randomly selecting 500 students to conduct research and analysis on the issue of"college students'learning motivation".It is found that the main reasons for their insufficient learning motivation are:lack of understanding of the major chosen for the college entrance examination;Blurred perception of future employment;Inability to plan time reasonably and insufficient proportion of learning time;Lack of correct understanding of life philosophy and ideals;Poor learning environment.In summary,countermeasures have been proposed to solve the problem:to enable students to have a deeper understanding of the importance of their major,and to enhance their sense of sacredness and mission in learning;Clarify future career plans;Increase the proportion of learning time;Establishing a correct outlook on life and lofty ideals;Build a good learning environment.To cultivate outstanding talents with responsibility,and genuine talent for the motherland.
