摘要
为提升网络化运营阶段城市轨道交通的应急能力,优化应急点布局的同时完成企业降本增效的目标,结合应急点规划需求和影响因素,提出一种基于影响因素的点位重要度算法,充分考虑复杂网络特征、车站规模、专业特征和历史故障频次对点位的影响程度,利用集合覆盖模型建立最优化的应急点规划模型。最后通过上海地铁的实例分析验证模型的有效性,并提出针对性建议。
In order to improve the emergency ability of urban rail transit in the network operation stage,optimize the layout of emergency points and achieve the goal of cost reduction and efficiency increase,an algorithm of point importance based on influencing factors and the needs of emergency point planning.By fully considering the influence of complex network characteristics,station scale,professional characteristics and historical fault frequency on point location,the optimal emergency point planning model is established by using the set covering model.Finally,the paper verifies the effectiveness of the model by an example study of Shanghai Metro,and puts forward some suggestions.
