摘要
数字技术的进步为我国高校美育理念创新与范式转型带来了契机。然而,当前高校美育在数字化范式转型的过程中仍面临困境,如何识别影响高校美育数字化转型的因素、厘清各个因素之间复杂交错的关系、助力高校美育数字化效能提升,是当下高校美育工作者需要理性面对的一个重要课题。本研究通过文献研究和访谈法识别出20个影响因素,结合TOE理论框架进行识别分类,并运用ISM-MICMAC方法构建七阶层次结构模型,剖析影响高校美育数字化范式转型的层级关系和关联路径。本研究还发现了影响高校美育数字化范式转型的关键因素,包括高驱动性因素和本质影响因素,而且明确了影响因素之间的层级关系和依赖度。在此基础上,本研究进一步梳理了高校美育数字化范式转型的影响机制,并围绕技术、组织和环境三个维度,重点加强对关键因素的管理和引导,为优化高校美育数字化转型路径提供思路。
The progress of digital technology has brought an opportunity for the conceptual innovation and paradigm transformation of aesthetic education in China's colleges and universities.However,the current process of digital paradigm transformation in college aesthetic education still faces difficulties.How to identify the factors affecting the digital transformation of college aesthetic education,to clarify the complex and intertwined relationships between the various factors,and to help improve the effectiveness of the digitization of college aesthetic education are important issues that college aesthetic education participants need to face rationally.This study identifies 20 influencing factors through literature research and interview methodc,classifies them using the TOE theoretical framework,and constructs a seven-layer recursive structural model using the ISM-MICMAC method to analyze the hierarchical relationships and associated paths affecting the digital paradigm transformation of aesthetic education in colleges and universities.The study identifies the key factors affecting the digital paradigm transformation of aesthetic education in colleges and universities,including high-impact driving factors and essential influencing factors,and clarifies the hierarchical relationships and dependencies between the influencing factors.On this basis,this study further combs the influence mechanism of digital paradigm transformation of aesthetic education in colleges and universities.It also focuses on strengthening the management and guidance of key factors around the three dimensions of technology,organization,and environment to provide ideas for optimizing the digital transformation path of aesthetic education in colleges and universities.
