摘要
如何实现巷道泥岩顶板区域的高效快速掘进是关系矿井工作面能否快速投产的关键,泥岩顶板发育区巷道连续采煤机掘进系统的快速掘进、支护、平行作业等正常的掘进工艺受到严重的制约。为解决这一问题,首先从地质的角度入手、结合地面煤层顶板露头研究、地面地质补充勘探钻孔岩心精细描述、井下巷道素描、顶板探查钻孔的岩屑描述以及岩石力学参数测试分析等技术手段获取基础的地质资料,之后结合巷道掘进、顶板支护管理等工程实践探索出适合于榆家梁煤矿顶板泥岩发育区巷道的高效快速掘进技术;然后圈定了全矿井顶板岩性组合特征、分布范围、分布特征;最后,为矿井生产中遇到的巷道掘进、顶板支护管理、坚硬顶板矿压等矿井安全问题提供基础地质资料。结果表明在重复认识泥岩地质、岩石力学参数特性的基础上,通过采取合理的支护措施、优化生产组织、强化顶板管理等手段,可显著降低泥岩夹层对整体单进水平的影响,同时确保掘进期间的顶板安全。
How to realize the high-efficient and fast driving in the mudstone roof area of the roadway is the key to whether the mine working face can be put into production quickly,the normal driving technology of the continuous miner driving system in the developing area of mudstone roof,such as fast driving,support and parallel operation,is seriously restricted.In order to solve this problem,firstly,the basic geological data are obtained from the geological point of view,combined with the study of the roof outcrop of the surface coal seam,the fine description of the core of the supplementary exploration borehole of the surface geology,the drawing of the underground tunnel,the description of the cuttings of the exploration borehole of the roof,and the testing and analysis of the rock mechanical parameters,combined with the engineering practice of roadway driving and roof support management,the high-efficiency and fast driving technology suitable for the roadway in roof mudstone development area of Yujialiang Coal Mine is explored.Then,the characteristics of lithologic combination,distribution range and distribution of roof in the whole mine are delineated,it provides the basic geological data for the safety problems such as tunnel driving,roof support management,hard roof pressure and so on.The results show that on the basis of repeatedly understanding the characteristics of mudstone geology and rock mechanics parameters,through adopting reasonable support measures,optimizing production organization and strengthening roof management,etc.,it can reduce the influence of Mudstone interlayer on the whole single entry level and ensure the safety of roof during excavation.
